The New Orleans Egotist is dedicated to elevating the creative profile of our city, and creative people, primarily in advertising, design and marketing. Despite the devastation we've experienced, our city is rising. The rapid growth of entrepreneurship, plus a burgeoning film industry have made a real difference. But has the advertising, design and marketing community kept up? We can do better.ê

Let's be honest. We're hardly on everyone's radar. That can only happen if we commit ourselves to doing world-class work. This site's mission is to help foster an intense hunger to grow the reputation of our creative community. How? By doing great work that gets noticed, that explodes in the marketplace, and gets results. Here, we can share it, feature it, and critique it. As a community, we can forge closer ties among creative folks within our city and beyond.
